My Account

  • Welcome to Erborian! Click on the "Register / Edit Account" button in the upper right hand corner to create you account.

  • 1. Click on "Register / Edit Account" in the top right hand side of the web page 


    2. Identify yourself by entering your email address and your password
    3. You will be redirected to the "My Summary" section of your account. Click on the "My Profile" tab: IMAGE
    And then click on the "Account Information" tab: IMAGE
    4. Click on the "Edit" button on the right hand side of your information: IMAGE
    5. Enter any desired changes to your personal information. For security purposes, you must enter your account password at the bottom before clicking "save" on the right. If you do not enter your password, your changes will not be saved. IMAGE

  • We understand that some customers do not want to share their information, and we respect their wishes for privacy. We have created a seamless and convenient guest checkout option for customers who select this experience. Customers who use this feature are still able to access order information and shipment tracking.

    If you have checked out as a guest and wish to access your order information, see “I checked out as a guest. How can I track my order?” in the "My Delivery" section of our FAQs for instructions.

  • An Erborian account will keep a list of your order history, so you can easily reorder any product you love.

    It allows you to save your method of payment and all shipping addresses for a faster checkout process.

    Through your account you are also given a one-hour remorse period for every order, which allows you to make any modifications to your order or to cancel it.

  • If you would like to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, please click on the "unsubscribe" link that is provided at the bottom of all of Erborian's emails. If you ever want to opt in so that you can receive promotions and special offers, you can sign up again on our website or give our customer care team a call and request to be added back to our mailing list.

  • We deeply apologize if we are unable to respond to your call or email immediately. We often experience a high volume of requests and we strive to provide each customer who contacts us with a high level of personal attention.

    If you contact us via email (USCustomerService@erborian.com), please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond to your request.

  • We recently updated our website to make browsing and checkout easier for our customers. While we have prepared for this transition to be as smooth as possible, we know that changes can be difficult to navigate for our long-time customers. There may also be another reason for why our website is responding slower than usual, such as a high volume of traffic or our web team is implementing an update to the site. We expect service to return to normal soon.

    If you are having difficulty placing an order through our website because it is slow or not responding, we recommend placing your order  with a member of our customer service team at 866 464 3358. We will be more than happy to assist you with your order.
