Absolutely! L’OCCITANE understands that everyone wants to track their order, including our customers who prefer to check out as guests.
1. Click on “Register / Edit Account” on the top right corner (yes, even if you don’t have an account!)

2. At the bottom of the window that pops up will be a section that says "Track My Order".

3. Fill in the order number under "Track My Order" in the lower half of the box that pops up. You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.

4. Fill in the email address you used to place your order.

5. Click the "Track My Order" button.

If the email address and order number are valid, you will be redirected to the Order History page where you can track your order.
